How it works
Five steps, the same every time, with the status on the map changing color as it goes.
A resident calls, a councilmember emails, an officer spots it. Drop a pin and pick the issues; one property can carry several.
Before anyone drives out, staff confirm it’s inside city limits and in scope. Out-of-scope reports close with a reason, not a shrug.
Each issue gets a finding: confirmed, unchanged or resolved. Findings lock when the inspection is finalized.
Reinspections, calls and mailings become tasks with a due date and an owner, so nothing rides on someone’s memory.

The record
Every action is time-stamped and tied to the person who took it. Nothing is edited in place: a mistake gets a correction that points back at the original, so the history of a case is the history of the case.
Sensitive notes can be marked restricted and stay out of general view.
